Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all credit purchases made on the CoreFix platform.


1. Credits Are Non-Refundable

All credit purchases on CoreFix are final and non-refundable. Once credits are added to your account, they cannot be returned for a monetary refund, except as described in Section 3 below.

This applies to all credit top-up amounts, including $10, $50, $150, $500, and any custom amounts.

2. Credits Do Not Expire

Purchased credits remain in your account indefinitely. There is no monthly reset, no expiration date, and no "use it or lose it" policy. Your credits are available until you use them or delete your account.

3. Refund Exception: Cumulative Purchases Over $50

If your total cumulative credit purchases (not individual transactions) exceed $50, you may request a refund of your unused credit balance. Refunds under this exception are:

  • Available only for the unused portion of your credit balance
  • Processed as a single bulk refund — not per individual purchase
  • Subject to a processing time of up to 14 business days
  • Issued to the original payment method used for the most recent purchase
  • Available only once per account — subsequent refund requests for the same account may be declined at our discretion

To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your account email and the reason for your request. We will verify your purchase history and unused balance before processing.

4. Early Access Starter Credits

During our early access period, the first 100 signups receive $10 in starter credits at no cost. These promotional credits are not refundable and have no cash value. They are provided as a welcome benefit and are subject to the same usage terms as purchased credits.

5. Account Deletion

If you delete your account, any remaining credits — both purchased and promotional — are permanently forfeited and cannot be recovered or refunded. Please ensure you have used or requested a refund for eligible credits before deleting your account.

6. Service Issues

If you experience a technical issue with the Service that causes a scan to fail or produce no results, and credits were deducted, contact us at [email protected]. We will investigate and, at our discretion, restore the deducted credits to your account. This is a credit restoration, not a monetary refund.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account immediately pending resolution of the dispute.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on the Service and, if material, communicated via email.
